TIRANA-VLORA-SARANDA-TIRANA (7 days Tour) |
7 day tour Tirana - Vlora - Saranda - Tirana
First day: Arrival at Rinas Airport. Transfer from airport to the hotel. Half-day tour of the capital, Tirana. Visits in National Museum, Scanderbeg Square etc. Dinner. Overnight in Tirana.
Second day: Departure to Vlora, the second largest port of Albania. Lunch in a nice little place on the top of a hill, called “Kusbaba”, from where you can have a wonderful view of the whole city. Leisure time in Vlora, which offers you sandy and rocky beaches. Overnight in Vlora.
Third day: After breakfast, transfer to Dhermi along the coast line. Dhermi is another village in the Albanian Riviera. This sandy beach is a popular holiday resort. Lunch. Leisure time. Overnight in Dhermi.
Fourth day: Departure to Saranda, traveling through the Riviera, one of the most beautiful in Albania. Various tourists have referred to it as the “Albanian Pearl”. It stretches along the foot of a mountain range, which rises sharply from the sea at an altitude of 800-2000m above the sea level. The contrasts of nature and the rich vegetation by the seashore are fascinating. Overnight in Saranda.
Fifth day: Leisure time in Saranda where the sea view is wonderful, the variety of flora, flavored by the soft climate, make Saranda the preferred center for rest and recreation as well as an important tourist town. There are many restaurants in the city where you can try all different kind of Albanian dishes, especially the delicious fish. After lunch, a visit to Ksamil Peninnsula with its three little magnificent islands. Overnight in Saranda.
Sixth day: After breakfast transfer to the ancient town of Butrint which is situated near Saranda. Many monuments dating from the Classical and Hellenistic period, Roman and Byzantine are available to the tourists, among them a Theatre, the Temple of Aesculapius, Baptistery, and Nympheum. Overnight in Saranda.
Seventh day: After breakfast, departure to Tirana (Rinas Airport). |
